&OTHERS is a collective born out of a fundamental need for visionary and democratic leadership, with a focus on creating an environment of trust and value. In other words, an alternative to traditional agencies.
With a global marketing and communications career spanning 17 years - of which 12 were spent in London and 5 in Paris - Anouchka is determined to recreate the healthy and enriching International team dynamic she was once accustomed to. In spite of the pandemic and Brexit, Anouchka continues to unite the independent thinkers and makers who share her principles and drive from across Europe, to curate the best talent fit for your brief. Together, they reset, rethink and rebuild people and brands.

We help build, launch and re-invent brands in an ever evolving and challenging climate. Today’s global pandemic coupled with Brexit has added another layer of uncertainty where we’re seeing an unprecedented shift in people behaviour. Previous years saw us re-launch the historic Hôtel du Louvre in Paris, Hôtel Martinez in Cannes and French dress shirt brand Figaret. We also helped launch the groundbreaking gender-neutral skincare brand Orveda, the leading independent British jewellery brand Missoma, a global resortwear retailer Beach Flamingo.
